Urinary Control
Keith grew up in Paris, Texas, where he was valedictorian of his high school class as well as a National Merit Finalist. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Chemistry from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He then completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. After residency, Dr. Xavier completed a fellowship in Female Urology, Neurourology, and Stone Disease at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, in New York City. While there, he was involved with numerous academic publications and presentations on both incontinence and stone disease.
He specializes in female and male incontinence including voiding dysfunctions, pelvic floor reconstruction and stone disease. In addition, Dr. Xavier performs male slings, sphincters and green-light laser turps.
Keith lives in Dallas with his wife Margaret and their son, Ethan.
