James G. Saalfield, M.D. grew up in Toledo, Ohio. He completed his undergraduate studies at Tulane University, New Orleans. After completing medical school at Tulane, Dr. Saalfield did his residency in Urology at Tulane University affiliated hospitals. Dr. Saalfield completed a Pediatric Urology Fellowship at Children´s Hospital, Tulane University in 1975. Dr. Saalfield is board certified and a diplomate of the American Board of Urology. He has been in practice in Dallas and Irving since 1977 performing urologic surgery on the male urinary and genital tract and the female urinary tract. He was a Clinical Instructor in Urology at Southwestern Medical School, Dallas from 1979 to 1992. He is a member of the Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. and Mrs. Saalfield have a two daughters and one son and reside in Dallas.
