S. Alexis "Alex" Gordon, MD grew up in a military family and then came to Dallas, Texas. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. from TWU in Denton, Texas. Dr. Gordon received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston where she received numerous awards of excellence on her clinical rotations. She then served her General Surgery internship and Urology residency at the Parkland Hospital System and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas.
Dr. Gordon joined the Urology Associates of North Texas in 2005 and is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, the Texas Medical Association, and the American Urological Association.
She and her husband, Kevin live in Grapevine with their daughter and son.
Dr. Gordon is bilingual in Spanish and English
