John M. House M.D.
John M. House, MD, a board certified urologic surgeon, is co-founder and Managing Partner of Urology Associates of North Texas, one of the largest Urologic Surgery group in North America.
Dr. House received a B.S. in Chemistry while at the University of South Dakota where he was captain, all-conference, all-decade and Hall of Fame inductee for football. He completed his Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University and graduated from the University of Oklahoma Medical School with a degree as a Doctor of Medicine in 1983. He completed his residency in urologic surgery at the University of Missouri in 1988.
Dr. House is Chairman of the Board and founder of USMD Inc., a healthcare company that provides medical services through physician partnerships throughout the United States. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. House and his wife Karla live in Las Colinas, between them they have 3 sons Eric, Gerritt and Lukas Julian. |

Mark Alan McCurdy, M.D.
Medical Director
Mark Alan McCurdy M.D. was born in Fort Collins, Colorado. He grew up in Northborough, Massachusetts. He graduated cum laude in Mechanical Engineering at Rice University. Dr. McCurdy received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, and completed his surgical and urologic training also at Baylor.
Dr. McCurdy joined Urology Associates of North Texas in 2000. He is a member of the American Urologic Association, American Association of Clinical Urologists, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association and Tarrant County Medical Association. He is Board Certified. Dr. and Mrs. McCurdy and their two daughters reside in Fort Worth. |

Harrison Mitchell Abrahams, M.D.
Chief Medical Information Officer
Harrison Mitchell "Mitch" Abrahams, M.D. grew up in Florida and then attended school in New York, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Troy, NY. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College, and then served both his surgery and urology residencies there.
Dr. Abrahams served a fellowship in Laparoscopy and Endourology at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) under the direction of Dr. Marshall Stoller. During this time, he was involved with numerous academic presentations and publications, many dealing with laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures.
In addition, Dr. Abrahams has undergone extensive training and practical use of the Da Vinci surgical robot for urological procedures.
Dr. Abrahams is a member of the American Urological Association, American Society of Clinical Urologists, Endourological Society and Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons.
Dr. Abrahams specializes in laparoscopic and robotic surgery, especially for kidney cancer and kidney obstructions, as well as kidney stone surgery.
Dr. Abrahams and his wife, a pediatric ICU nurse, reside in Colleyville with their three children. |

Chief Executive Officer
Tom Hall, Chief Executive Officer - Tom Hall grew up in Midland and Irving, Texas. He obtained his Cum Laude Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of North Texas. Tom Hall is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Medical Group Management Association. He lives in Arlington with his wife and two children. |

Chris Sherlock,
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Sherlock, Chief Financial Officer - Chris has 20 years of accounting and finance experience and over 16 years in the healthcare finance arena. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington & Lee University, Virginia. This background includes providing ambulatory surgery center and surgical hospital management, administration of health plans, PPO networks, utilization review services, ancillary care services, and prescription benefit services. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Aledo with his wife and two sons. |

Corey Harriman
Director of Clinical Operations
Corey was raised in Arkansas and graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master in Business Administration. In the process Corey was elected into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Business School Honor Society and elected outstanding business school graduate. Corey's background includes laboratory management, information services, and physician practice management. Corey, his wife Candace, and their two children live in Keller. |
