John M. House M.D.

John M. House, MD, a board certified urologic surgeon, is co-founder and Managing Partner of Urology Associates of North Texas, the largest Urologic Surgery group in North America.

Dr. House received a B.S. in Chemistry while at the University of South Dakota where he was captain, all-conference, all-decade and Hall of Fame inductee for football. He completed his Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering at Texas Tech University and graduated from the University of Oklahoma Medical School with a degree as a Doctor of Medicine in 1983. He completed his residency in urologic surgery at the University of Missouri in 1988.

Dr. House is Chairman of the Board and founder of USMD Inc., a healthcare company that provides medical services through physician partnerships throughout the United States. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Urology and President of US Urology a consortium of large urology group practices.

Dr. House and his wife Karla live in Las Colinas, between them they have 3 sons Eric, Gerritt and Lukas Julian.

Robert A. Dowling M.D

Robert A. Dowling M.D., Chief Medical Officer, was raised in Fort Worth and attended Fort Worth Country Day School, graduating in 1973. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in 1977 and was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Dowling completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha honor society 1982, and remained in Houston completing his surgery training and urology residency in 1987 at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and Hermann Hospital. Dr. Dowling has been continuously certified by the American Board of Urology since 1989.

Tom Hall,
Chief Executive Officer

Tom Hall, Chief Executive Officer - Tom Hall grew up in Midland and Irving, Texas. He obtained his Cum Laude Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of North Texas. Tom Hall is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Medical Group Management Association. He lives in Arlington with his wife and two children.

Chris Sherlock,
Chief Financial Officer

Chris Sherlock, Chief Financial Officer - Chris has 20 years of accounting and finance experience and over 16 years in the healthcare finance arena. This background includes providing ambulatory surgery center and surgical hospital management, administration of health plans, PPO networks, utilization review services, ancillary care services, and prescription benefit services. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant. He lives in Aledo with his wife and two sons.

Corey Harriman
Director of Clinical Operations

Corey was raised in Arkansas but has spent the last twenty years in Louisiana. He graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and a Master in Business Administration. In the process Corey was elected into the Beta Gamma Sigma National Business School Honor Society and elected outstanding business school graduate. Corey's background includes laboratory management, information services, and physician practice management. Corey, his wife Candace, and their two children live in Keller.

Carole Raulston Myer,
Director of Business Development and Marketing

Carole Raulston Myer, Director of Business Development and Marketing - Carole has a strong marketing background, coming to UANT via stints as director of business development for the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, sales representative and trainer for Bayer and Schering-Plough and director of sales and marketing for The Morrison Group. Active in the community, Carole spends her spare time with the Kupferle Health Board, Leadership Fort Worth, Careity Foundation, YWCA and All Saints Episcopal School Booster Club. She is a former member of the board of directors for the Junior League of Fort Worth, Harris Methodist Foundation community awareness and Texas Economic Development Council. Raised in Fort Worth, Carole is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Fort Worth with her two sons.

Melissa Mitchell,
Director of Ancillary Services

Melissa Mitchell, Director of Ancillary Services - Melissa is a native of Baton Rouge, LA. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Mobile with a BS in Accounting and Finance. As the school’s top MBA graduate in Healthcare Administration, she received the Summit Award. Melissa’s background includes ambulatory surgical center management, clinical laboratory expansion and development, research administration, and rural healthcare clinic development. She lives in Las Colinas.

The Executive Committee is responsible for the day to day management of the company. The Executive Committee is comprised on individuals who have been elected by their peers based on geographically organized teams.
