Keith R. Xavier, M.D.

Keith R. Xavier, M.D. grew up in Paris, Texas. where he was valedictorian of his high school class as well as a National Merit Finalist. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Chemistry from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.

He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas and then completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

After residency, Dr. Xavier completed a fellowship in Female Urology, Neurourology, and Stone Disease at Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons, in New York City. While there, he was involved with numerous academic publications and presentations on both incontinence and stone disease.

His areas of interest include female and male incontinence and voiding dysfunctions, pelvic floor reconstruction, and stone disease.

He currently resides in Dallas with his wife and son.
