F.H. (Trey) Moore, III, M.D.
F.H. (Trey) Moore III, MD received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University before attending the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio for his medical school training.
Dr Moore then served his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City for General Surgery and Urology.
Beginning his private practice with Fort Worth Urology Clinic in 1996, Dr Moore became a member of Urology Associates of North Texas in 2005.
Dr Moore is board certified by the American Board of Urology and maintains several medical and community based activities. He has served on the Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society, Red Cross, Tarrant County Academy of Medicine, Rotary Club of Fort Worth South, and Texas Health Harris Hospital.
Dr. Moore served as the Chief of Staff of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth from 2010 - 2011. He is also involved with the Texas Christian University (TCU) Athletic Department as a supporting team physician.
He has served as the Medical Director of the Steering Committee for the Harris Methodist Prostate Cancer Resource Center and has also been involved with the Tarrant County Man to Man prostate cancer support groups. Dr Moore serves as a medical advisor for the North Texas Prostate Cancer Coalition.
He practices General Urology and has a special interest in the treatment of prostate enlargement, stones, incontinence, and prostate cancer.
He and his wife Alicia live in Fort Worth.
