From 360 Northbound/121 northbound & 183 ( take 121 North) - Exit William D Tate exit. At the 3rd light take a left onto the service road. Stay on the service road. You will run right into the hospital.

*We are in the building that says Baylor Medical Center professional Offices. Take the elevators up one level to suite 190.

From 114 Westbound & 121 Southbound - Take the exit that says 114/Bridgeport/Hwy26. You will run right into the hospital. * Refer back to the instruction above.

From 114 Eastbound - Exit 1709/Southlake Blvd, turn left at light, and go over bridge. Turn right at the stop sign then left at the next stop sign (College Street). The hospital is on the right. Turn right just past the parking garage. We are in the building connected to the parking garage. * Refer back to instructions above.
